How We Pack

At Progressive, innovation has always been part of our business. Our “Just in Time” model guarantees you receive the right product, in the right amount, with the right packaging, at the right price, and at the right time. We’re committed to using innovation to reduce our environmental impact by creating sustainable packaging solutions.

Progressive’s grower partners use only sustainable growing techniques to ensure generation after generation of healthy crops. The care of the soil is a year-round affair involving the addition of compost, rotation of crops, and growing cover crops. These reduce erosion and add nutrients to the soil naturally. Great care is taken to conserve water and reduce evaporation with constant irrigation monitoring. Precision farming techniques using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) further reduce the farm’s consumption of energy, water, and other inputs. U.S. growers use fertilizer and pesticides sparingly to guarantee the wholesomeness of their crops.

Progressive Cold Storage

Our state-of-the-art facility has 40,000 sq. ft of dry storage and 60,000 sq. ft of cold store. We’re centrally located in the greater LA area with an easy-access loading dock that’s street accessible and perfect for any of your cross-dock, backhaul, or delivery needs.

Our fleet of refrigerated big rigs services the entire mainland USA with our primary lanes being in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. And our roster lists hundreds of independent drivers, which means we’re ready when you are.
